Cloudultra Pro
On's plated ultra shoe: a tall, smooth HelionHF ride with a speedboard for long days on dry, runnable trails.
What's new: A new, more premium sibling to the Cloudultra 2: a thicker Helion superfoam midsole with a speedboard plate, built for ultra distances rather than everyday trail miles.

What it feels like
Fit
Runs large
Roomy, high-volume forefoot that suits wider feet; runs slightly long, so consider half a size down if you're between sizes.
What the critics say
- Comfortable, balanced cushioning for very long runs
- Roomy upper that suits wider feet
- Confident and nimble on descents
- Grip fades on wet rock and mud
- Expensive
- Not as propulsive as true trail super shoes
