Nike
Wildhorse 10
Nike's cushioned everyday trail shoe, rebuilt with springy ReactX foam, a taller stack and a forefoot rock plate. Very comfortable and protective on dirt and moderate trails, but heavy, and the grip isn't the best on wet rock.
What's new: Nike skipped a v9: ReactX replaces React for a springier ride, with 3 mm more stack, a forefoot rock plate, a wider platform and about 35 g less weight than the Wildhorse 8.

Fit
True to size
True to size for most, but the forefoot is snug and tapers; wider feet, or long days, may want half a size up.

The short version
In short
Pick this for comfortable, protective everyday miles on dirt and moderate trails. The new ReactX foam adds spring and it's lighter than before, but it's still heavy and slips on wet rock.
