HOKA Speedgoat 7 vs Nike ACG Zegama Trail

Two cushioned trail shoes with 4 mm drops and Vibram Megagrip. The Speedgoat has 5 mm lugs and a locked-in fit for technical, muddy ground, but it runs small. The Zegama is heavier but very stable, with a roomier toe box, and it suits long days on mixed terrain.
